AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING
THERETO WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY DIVISION OF WATER FOR
A WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT PLANNING GRANT
W WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to obtain a grant from the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, Division of Water, which funds will be used to update the 201
Facilities Plan.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Memorandum of Agreement and all documents relating thereto with the Commonwealth of
Kentucky, Division of Water, to obtain a grant in the amount of $10,000.00 for the Wastewater
Management Planning Grant for the update of the 201 Facilities Plan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
