AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN JAMES MARINE, INC., AND THE CITY
OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Lease Agreement between James Marine, Inc., and the City of Paducah. Said agreement is for the
lease of a deck barge from James Marine, Inc., for the sum of $1.00 for six months.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-2402-534-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
