AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BILL SOUTH
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., FOR RE -ROOFING NOBLE PARK POOL BUILDING, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Bill South Construction
Company, Inc., in the amount of $53,000.00 for re -roofing Noble Park Pool Building, said bid
being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, advertisement for bid, and as contained
in the bid of Bill South Construction Company, Inc., of February 19, 1999.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Bill South Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $53,000.00 for re -roofing
Noble Park Pool Building, as authorized in Section 1 above, pursuant to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-8821-536-
2307 (PA0021).
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
