AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-3-6006
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 99-3-6006 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
(� PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN
STREET, NORTH SEVENTH STREET
NORTH SIXTHS , BROADWAY STREET AND
JEFFERSON STREET," adopted by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on March 9, 1999, is hereby
rescinded in its entirety.
SECTION 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist in order to
facilitate a significant sale and transfer of assets between third private parties.
Unnecessary delay may cause severe economic harm to the private parties. Therefore,
this ordinance shall become effective immediately with one reading
