HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-2-6002ORDINANCE NO. 99-2-6002 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE ISLAND CREEK STORMWATER PUMP INSTALLATION AT FLOODWALL PUMP STATION NO. 11 WHEREAS, by Ordinance 98-9-5909 the City of Paducah approved a contract with Murtco Inc. in the amount of $115,860 for the Island Creek Stormwater Pump Installation at Floodwall Pump Station No. 11; and WHEREAS, Change Order in the amount of $5,331 is needed to finalize the project and adjust actual quantities installed. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $5,331 with Murtco Inc. for the Island Creek Stormwater Pump Installation at Floodwall Pump Station No. 11, thereby increasing the total contract amount to $121,191.00. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
