AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-142(a), TIME AND
NOTICE OF MEETINGS, OF CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-142(a), Time and Notice of Meetings, of
Chapter 2, Administration, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah is amended
and reordained to hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-142. Time and notice of meetings.
(a) The regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners shall be held at
City Hall, unless otherwise noticed, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the fit, second
dfifd-and fourth Tuesdays of each month, except that, when such a meeting falls on a legal
holiday recognized by the city, flwn the regular meeting will be held on the following day
at the same hour."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
