AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BUSINESS EQUIPMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $34,374.00, FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE XEROX COPY
MACHINES AND AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY SAID AMOUNT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby accepts the bid of Business
Equipment in the amount of $34,374.00, for the purchase of three Xerox copy machines and
authorizes the Finance Director to pay said amount. Bids were opened on November 30, 1998.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-0102-511-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
