AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,903.10 WITH TERRY LAND
DEVELOPMENT, INC., FOR THE CHARTER OAK DRIVE LIFT STATION
WHEREAS, the City approved Ordinance No. 98-1-5802 to enter into a contract
with Terry Land Development, Inc., in the amount of $82,547.43 for the Charter Oak Drive Lift
Station; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for an increase in the amount of
$2,903.10 for adjustment of actual quantities installed to finalize the project for the above
referenced contract, increasing the total contract price to $85,450.53.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change
Order No. 1 for an increase in the amount of $2,903.10 with Terry Land Development, Inc., for
adjustment of actual quantities installed to finalize the project, increasing the total cost to
$85,450.53.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
