AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 621 NORTHVIEW STREET BY THE CITY OF
?, PADUCAH FROM MIDSTATES CONSTRUCTION FOR THE AMOUNT OF $107,000
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement and
any other documents necessary for the purchase of real property by the City of Paducah from
Midstates Construction, for the amount of $107,000, which property is located at 621 Northview
Street in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky. The acquisition of this property is
necessary for expansion of the wastewater treatment plant.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 55-3310-532-42-
45 (WW0018).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
