AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 2-382(a) OF DIVISION 3, CIVIC
BEAUTIFICATION BOARD, OF CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph (a) of Sec. 2-382, "Appointment, term and
compensation of members", of Division 3, "Civic Beautification Board", of Chapter 2,
"Administration", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, is hereby amended
and reordained to hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-382. Appointment, term and compensation of members.
(a) The members of the Civic Beautification Board shall be appointed by
the Mayor, subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners. The terms of all
members shall be for ene- four year -_years."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
