AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
PAY THE SUM OF $15,500 TO HANNAN SUPPLY COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL
WORK AT FLOODWALL PUMP PLANT NO. 11
WHEREAS, Hannan Supply Company is the sole supplier authorized by
the manufacturer to service this system in this area.
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay the sum of
$15,500 to Hannan Supply Company for electrical work required at Floodwall Pump Plant
No. 11.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-3308-
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
