AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-6-6058, ENTITLED, "AN
ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1999, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2000, BY
ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT".
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to appropriate additional funds for the
1999-2000 budget which was adopted by Ordinance No. 99-6-6058 on June 29, 1999; and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999,
and ending June 30, 2000, is hereby amended by a supplemental appropriation in the
amount of $968,930 from the General Fund reserves to the Capital Improvement Projects
Fund.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
