AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SALARIES OF CIVIL SERVICE
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That civil service salaries in the Department of Engineering
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Department of Engineering.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in
the Department of Engineering, and the salary of each position that shall be paid upon
satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:

Effective March 1, 1997, the number of positions of Floodwall
Operator will revert to 4 positions.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
