AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CSR PRESTRESS FOR
MATERIALS FOR THE 25TH STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
CBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of CSR Prestress, in the
amount of $25,935.00 for materials for the 25th Street Bridge Replacement Project, said bid
being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of CSR
Prestress, dated February 7, 2000.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with CSR
Prestress for materials for the 25th Street Bridge Replacement Project, authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore
approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-3315-532-
2307 (ST0009).
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon summary publication
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
