ORDINANCE NO. 2000-02- 6 / ( /
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH H & G CONSTRUCTION FOR RENTAL OF
VARIOUS EQUIPMENT FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2000 CALENDAR YEAR
AND FOR THE 2001 CALENDAR YEAR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with H & G Construction for rental of the following equipment, at the
following per -hour prices for the remainder of the 2000 calendar year and for the 2001
calendar year:
Tractor Scraper $65.00
Dump Truck (tandem axle) $43.00
Dump Truck (tri -axle) $43.00
Excavator $74.00
Backhoe
$44.00
Track Loader
$40.00
Motor Grader
$60.00
Pneumatic Roller
$42.00
Dozer
$60.00
Dozer (large)
$85.00
Dump Trailer

Concrete Slip Form for Sidewalk

Said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and
advertisement for bids, as contained in the bid of H & G Construction of February 7,
2000.
The above contract contains a provision for a one-year option to renew.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said rental equipment shall be
charged to various accounts.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
