AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING
THERETO BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR LOCAL
C1 GOVERNMENT AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A MICROENTERPRISE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all a
grant agreement and all documents necessary with Kentucky Department for Local
Government for a Microenterprise Community Development Grant in the amount of
$50,000.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
