ORDINANCE NO. 2000-02- 6 S-7
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT
OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE PADUCAH
DOWNTOWN RENAISSANCE REHABILITATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with Department of Local Government for the Paducah Downtown
Renaissance Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $250,000.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
