AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY
HOUSING CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE PADUCAH
HOUSING REHABILITATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary with Kentucky Housing Corporation for the Paducah Housing
Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $226,775.00. The City's cash match will be in the
amount of $11,240.00.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to 008-1216-513-2434.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
