AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY K. SPEES TO PROVIDE
LEGAL SERVICES RELATING TO FORECLOSURES FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH
�' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
Agreement between the City of Paducah and Stanley K. Spees to provide legal services
relating to foreclosures on real property on which the City has liens for demolition,
mowing, removal of debris and other services.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account Number
001-0107-511-2452.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
