AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
INTERACTIVE TV TRAINING EQUIPMENT FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State Contract Number
KY007728, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized to pay the sum of
$59,268.34 to Axxis, Inc. for purchase and installation of Interactive TV training
equipment for the Fire Department, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for same.

SECTION 2. This purchase shall be charged to Account No. 001-1802-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
