AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1601 SOUTH
9TH STREET BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
' SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for purchase by the City of Paducah of 25 acres of real property
located at 1601 South 9th Street, in the amount of $20,000.00, from Harold Linn and
Lyndel M. Lockwood.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-8821-
536-2307.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
