AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 104 BROADWAY, LOT 3
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Cit of Paducah
a Subordination Agreement betweeny , The Paducah Bank and Trust
Company, Paducah Preservation, L.L.C., and Gary Morse and wife, Roberta Morse, for
property known as 104 Broadway, Lot 3, which is more particularly described as follows:
Being Lot 3 of Addition "A", Old Town or Original Town of
Paducah, Kentucky, as set forth on the Final, Plat of Subdivision
for Paducah Preservation, L.L.C., and the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, of record in Plat Section "L", page 351, in the
McCracken County Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2. Due to the critical need for funding this project, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective
immediately with one reading.
