Chairman Jones called the called meeting of the HARC to order at 5:30 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chair Jones offered the following Motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for February 13 2022, meeting be waived and that the minutes of said meeting,
prepared by the secretary, be approved as written.
Commissioner Coltharp provided a second.
The motion passed with 3 Ayes (Coltharp, McCord) o Nays

Applicant: Melinda Winchester Address: 233 N. 6th Street
Request for Certificate of Appropriateness
Commissioner McCord made following motion:
I move that this Board approve the Certificate of Appropriateness request of Melinda Winchester for balcony renovations at
233 N. 611 Street.
I further move that the approval be based on the following findings of fact:
1. The new flooring will not be visible from the street.
2. The project will weatherproof and maintain the integrity of the third story balcony.
3. The flooring materials used will match that of the second story balcony and the underside ceiling will be painted
blue to match with the other levels
4. The original character of the balcony will remain as no original materials such as the railing, exterior fascia, or trim
will be changed.
The Motion was seconded by Commissioner Coltharp and adopted with 3 Ayes (Coltharp, McCord, Jones) and o Nays.
Adjournment
Chairman Jones made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Coltharp provided a second.
The motion passed with 3 Ayes (Coltharp, McCord, Jones) o Nays
Chairman Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:41 PM
