FEBRUARY 13, 2023
Paducah City Hall Commission Chambers
5:30 P.M.
Attendees: Heather Coltharp, Amanda Johnson, Chris Jones, Melinda Winchester
Absent: Greg McCord,
Staff: Palmer Stroup -Planner
Guests: Orloff Miller KHC- Speaker
Chairman Jones called the called meeting of the HARC to order at 5:30 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Johnson offered the following Motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for December 19 2022, meeting be waived and that the
minutes of said meeting, prepared by the secretary, be approved as written.
Commissioner Coltharp provided a second.
The motion passed with 4 Ayes (Coltharp, Johnson, Jones, Winchester) o Nays
Guest Speaker
Orloff Miller from the Kentucky Heritage Council began his presentation.
Adjournment
Chairman Jones made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Winchester provided a
second.
The motion passed with 4 Ayes (Coltharp, Johnson, Jones, Winchester) o Nays
Chairman Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:23 pm.
