AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A CITY OF PADUCAH ZONING MAP
DERIVED FROM DIGITAL MAPPING EQUIPMENT, AS RECOMMENDED BY
THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission held a hearing on March,
2000, on said zoning map; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission has duly considered said
proposal and has heard and considered the objections and suggestions of all interested
parties who appeared at the hearing; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Paducah Planning
Commission that the Board of Commissioners adopt a zone map derived from digital
mapping equipment.
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah
hereby adopts a City of Paducah Zoning Map derived from digital mapping equipment, as
recommended by the Paducah Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
