AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
FLORENCE & HUTCHESON INC. FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR PADUCAH STREETSCAPE PROJECT -
PHASE II
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Florence & Hutcheson, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $93,772.00 for
professional engineering services for the Paducah Streetscape Project - Phase II.
513-2307.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-1203-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
