AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, SEAMEN'S CH*H
INSTITUTE, RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM AND PADUCAH FILM SOCIETY INC.
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM AND MAIDEN ALLEY
CINEMA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
Agreement between the City of Paducah, Seamen's Church Institute, River Heritage
Museum and Paducah Filma Society Inc. for construction of the River Heritage Museum
and the Maiden Alley Cinema.
SECTION 2. In order to avoid construction delays which will be
detrimental to this project, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
will become effective immediately with one reading.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be published pursuant to KRS Chapter
424.
