AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 100, 102, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114 AND 116 BROADWAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Subordination Agreement between the City of Paducah, The Paducah Bank and Trust
Company, Paducah Preservation, L.L.C., and Ron Clark and wife, Sue Clark, for property
known as 100, 102, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, and 116, which is more particularly
described as follows:
Being Lots 1,2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Additon "A", Old Town or Original
Town of Paducah, Kentucky as set forth on the Final Plat of Subdivision
for Paducah Preservation, L.L.C., and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, of
record in Plat Section "L", page 351, in the McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office.
Being the same property conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by
deed dated October 24, 1995, of record in Deed Book 840, page 417, and
being part of the same property conveyed to the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, by deed dated November 1, 1995, of record in Deed Book 840,
page 422, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. Due to the critical need for funding this project, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective
immediately with one reading.
