AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF DIALOGIC
COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION FOR AN AUTOMATED NOTIFICATION
RESPONSE SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepting the proposal of Dialogic
Communications Corporation for an automated notification response system in the amount of
$30,775.00, said proposal being in substantial compliance with the specifications, advertisement
for proposals, and as contained in the proposal of Dialogic Communications Corporation dated
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Dialogic
Communications Corporation for the purchase of an automated notification response system,
according to the specifications, proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to the following accounts:

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
