AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO PAY
THE PADUCAH INDEPENDENT SCHOOL SYSTEM FOR PREPARATION OF
LUNCHES FOR THE PARKS DEPARTMENT SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to pay to the
Paducah Independent School System an amount not to exceed $47,734.25 for preparation
of children's lunches for the Parks Department Summer Food Program. The City will be
reimbursed for this expenditure by a Kentucky Department of Education Reimbursement
Grant.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-
2405-534-3525.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
