AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING RENEWAL OPTION 2 WITH
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CLAIMS OF WISCONSIN (EBC) FOR THE GROUP
HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO
SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts Renewal Option 2 with
Employee Benefit Claims of Wisconsin (EBC) which will reflect an increase in group
health insurance rates and administrative charges, effective July 1, 2000.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all
documents relating to same with EBC for services authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
