AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO PAY A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $11,745.50 TO H & G
CONSTRUCTION CO. INC. FOR EMBANKMENT IN PLACE AT THE NOBLE
PARK PECK ADDITION CONNECTOR ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay a sum not to exceed $11,745.50 to H & G Construction Co. Inc. for the
embankment in place at the Noble Park Peck Addition Connector Road.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-
8821-536-2307.
SECTION 3. Due to the necessity for timely completion of this project
before the onset of inclement weather, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance will become effective immediately with one reading.
