AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE NON-EXCLUSIVE LEASE AGREEMENTS FROM
TIME TO TIME AS NECESSARY FOR RIVERBOATS DOCKING AT 100 SOUTH
RIVERFRONT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute Non -Exclusive Lease Agreements and all other documents
relating thereto with the Riverboats docking at 100 South Riverfront.
SECTION 2. In order to comply with the Commonwealth of
Kentucky Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance shall become immediately with one reading.
