AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING GUIDELINES TO BE USED AS
PROCUREMENT STANDARDS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANTS AND HOME GRANTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah adopts guidelines to be used as

Procurement Standards for all activities relating to Community p
Grants and HOME Grants.
SECTION 2. The City's adoption of these guidelines is for a very limited
purpose and does not in any manner obligate the City to use them for other procurement
matters. These guidelines are to be used solely for the procurement of Grants as outlined
in Section 1 above, and will in no manner affect the Kentucky Model Procurement Code
adopted by the City of Paducah, as contained in KRS Chapter 45A, and in Chapter 2,
Article VIII, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
