ORDINANCE NO. 2000-8-6252
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE PADUCAH
POLICE DEPARTMENT BARGAINING UNIT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Paducah and the Paducah Police Department Bargain ng
Unit.
SECTION 2. This Agreement shall be effective from September 1,
2000, to June 30 , 2003.
SECTION 3. In order to resolve collective bargaining issues as soon as
possible, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately with one reading.
