AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING
GRANT FROM THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR
STREETSCAPE PHASE IV
`-� BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
and all documents necessary with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to obtain a
matching grant in the amount of $300,000 to be used for sidewalks and other streetscape
improvements for Streetscape Phase IV Project. The local required cash match is in the
amount of $75,000.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged project no. CD -0054.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
