ORDINANCE NO. 2003-2-6620
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 18-35 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 18-35 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Electrical code adopted.
The 4-9.9.6 2002 National Electrical Code, as prepared by the National Fire
Protection Association and as amended from time to time, and all subsequent editions of this
code, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of the public records of the city by this
section.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS
