AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE FROM THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO THE
PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY JOINT SEWER AGENCY FOR TRANSFER OF
PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Deed
of Conveyance from the City of Paducah to the Paducah -McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency
for transfer of property located on the south side of Seventh Street and more particularly
described as follows:
BEING TRACT 1, SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SEVENTH STREET
AS SHOWN BY WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH & PADUCAH McCRACKEN COUNTY JOINT SEWER
AGENCY, RECORDED IN PLAT SECTION "L", PAGE 946, McCRACKEN
COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE.
Being composed of the property acquired by Deed dated April 28, 1999, of record
in Deed Book 913, Page 566, Deed dated August 17, 1999, of record in Deed
Book 920, Page 746, and Deed dated April 28, 1999, of record in Deed Book 913,
" page 562, McCracken County Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
