ORDINANCE 2003-1-6603
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 14-32 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
Section 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby repeals Section 14-
32, "Maximum Number of Dogs Allowed in Each Household or on Each Lot." This
Ordinance was originally enacted on May 28, 2002.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
