AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT AND OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS TO
EXCHANGE REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
NEWCOMB OIL COMPANY, LLC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an Agreement to Exchange Real Property and other related documents between the City
of Paducah and Newcomb Oil Company, LLC, to facilitate the exchange of the City's
real property located at 3195 and 3189 Jackson Street for a portion of real property
located at 3199 Jackson Street owned by Newcomb Oil Company, LLC.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter
