AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH MCCRACKEN COUNTY
FISCAL COURT FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with McCracken County Fiscal Court in the amount of $6,920.00 for a
community service program for juvenile offenders. This contract shall expire August 31,
2004.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
