ORDINANCE NO. 2003-10-6705
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY RELATING THERETO WITH THE
KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE FOR A JUVENILE
ACCOUNTABILITY INCENTIVE BLOCK GRANT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary relating thereto with the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice to obtain
a matching grant in the amount of $6,920.00 for a Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant.
The McCracken County Fiscal Court will provide matching funds in the amount of $769.00, for
this project.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS
