AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
RECREATION SOFTWARE FROM VERMONT SYSTEMS, INC., FOR PARKS
SERVICES DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, a written determination has been made by the City Manager
that the purchase of recreation software will be made pursuant to Sec. 2-659 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay to
Vermont Systems, Inc., the sum of $18,270, for the purchase of recreation software,
hardware and training for the Parks Services Department.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Vermont Systems, Inc., for sale to the City of the software, hardware and training
authorized in Section 1 above.

SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to project account
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication
