Chairman Jones called the called meeting of the HARC to order at 5:30 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Johnson offered the following Motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for August 8, zozz, meeting be waived and that the minutes
of said meeting, prepared by the secretary, be approved with as written.
Commissioner Coltharp provided a second.
The motion passed with 3 Ayes (Coltharp, Johnson, Jones) o Nays
Case# CZC2022-0034 5o8 Harahan Blvd.
The applicant Shulorn Jeter presented her case and reasoning for operating the property as a short-
term rental.
Mr. Hutchison presented the staff report.
Commissioner Coltharp made the following motion:
I move that this Board approve the conditional use request of Shulorn Jeter for a short-term rental
to be located at 5o8 Harahan Blvd.
I further move that the approval be based on the following findings of fact:
1. The home will be rented as one unit.
z. The home will be placed on a short-term rental platform year-round.
3. The single-family character of the house will be maintained for the neighborhood.
4. There could be an area for off street parking in the rear.
Chairman Johnson provided a second.
The motion passed with 3 Ayes (Coltharp, Johnson, Jones), o Nays

Mr. Hutchison made a statement to notify the Commission and applicant that Commissioner
Winchester corresponded with other HARC members her decision on the case prior to the start of
the meeting.
Adjournment
Chairman Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:45 Pm•
