AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME,
TO ACCEPT THE TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 310 SOUTH 3' STREET FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE FOUR RIVERS
`I PARKING FACILITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement and all documents relating to same, to accept the transfer of a portion of real
property (10' x 354.51' [3,545.10 square feet]) located at 310 South 3rd Street for the
expansion of the Four Rivers parking facility.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
