ORDINANCE NO. 2003-8-6680
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION, PROPERTY AND
LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
r` 1, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky League of Cities
in the total amount of $928,096.00 for Workers' compensation, Property and Liability
Insurance for the City of Paducah for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2004, for the following
policies:
Workers' Compensation $308,429.00
Property Insurance $ 84,445.00
Liability Insurance $535,222.00
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Kentucky League of Cities for services authorized in Section 1 above.
