AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH MAIN STREET FOR SPECIFIC
SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paducah Main Street in the amount of $$80,000 for specific services.
This contract shall expire June 30, 2004.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001-
0106511-8018.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
