ORDINANCE NO. 2003-8-6677
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING
THERETO WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET FOR THE
ZERO TOLERANCE DUI PREVENTION PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant
agreement and all other documents relating thereto with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Justice
Cabinet to obtain a grant in the amount of $26,400.00 for the Zero Tolerance DUI Prevention
Program.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
