CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING
MINUTES
OCTOBER 11, 2021
The Code Enforcement Board Meeting, was held on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at
City Hall. In attendance were Beverly McKinley, Ines Hutchins, Carol Young, Melinda
Winchester, Kristen Worak, David Jones, Greg Cherry and Janet Dicke.
This meeting was called to Order by Ines Hutchins.
The Minutes were read and unanimously approved by the Board.
Absent: Allan Rhodes
Kristen Worak gave a summation on 737 Goebel Ave — Brootch Customs
Greg Cherry gave an update on 2150-2160 Irvin Cobb Dr. and 2003 Jefferson Street.
