ORDINANCE NO. 2003-7-6658
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MASTER AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT AGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
` SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a master
agreement with the Kentucky Emergency Management Agency to obtain a grant in the amount of
$15,000.00 for a 2003 Bomb Squad Homeland Security Grant.
SECTION 2. Due to the date for acceptance of this grant being July 15, 2003, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
with one reading.
